I specialize in planning, managing, consulting and executing business automation programs enabled by Oracle marketing software applications. I’m a subject matter expert certified in three cloud application modules: Responsys, Eloqua and Infinity.

My background on the Integrated Email Marketing team in 2015 at Sears, Kmart, Craftman, Diehard and Shop Your Way has positioned me to understand the workflow of agencies and self-service companies in order to gain an intimate understanding of their business to facilitate change management throughout the project lifecycle; to streamline clients’ processes and drive the transformation of their core business goals using Martech SaaS.
